This drive was
uneventful. We left Hahei being warned
of a weather “Bomb” coming in from the Tasman Sea. This is a precursor of a cyclone. Everyplace we stopped someone was talking
about it. We did have some overcast skies and a little rain but nothing
significant. We passed through Bethlehem
and there were sheep and palm trees!
The “Bomb” never
really hit although it rained during the night and was windy.
